Eduardo Cavallo is the Principal Economic Advisor of the Infrastructure and Energy Sector (INE) at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Specializing in international macroeconomics, the economic impacts of climate change and disasters, and infrastructure, Eduardo's scholarship includes seven books and numerous publications in prestigious academic journals. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from San Andrés University in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
